After experiencing the harrowing challenge of fainting spells during the early days of motherhood, McKenna faced each day with a mixture of exhaustion and determination.
Supported unwaveringly by her husband, Tim, family, friends, and a team of doctors, she gradually regained her strength and began to find her footing again.
